We sell new, genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) auto parts, including standard parts, freight items, body panels, and engines.

4. VIN & Fitment Responsibility (Acknowledged)
A valid 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) may be required to verify compatibility.

Parts are ordered based on the VIN or data provided

We are not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information
Orders placed without a VIN may be subject to cancellation or return restrictions in accordance with our Return Policy.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices exclude shipping, freight, handling, and applicable taxes unless stated

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Orders placed with incorrect pricing may be canceled
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Special-order, VIN-specific, freight, engine, or body panel orders may not be canceled once processing begins
7. Shipping, Freight & Delivery
Shipping and transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable
Freight, engine, and body panel shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
8. Freight, Body Panels & Engine Terms (Standard Industry)
For freight, body panels, engines, and oversized items:

Items may ship via LTL or specialized carriers

Liftgate, residential, and accessorial fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated

Improper refusal or missed delivery appointments may result in additional charges

Cosmetic variations in body panels (finish, primer shade) are normal and not considered defects
9. Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by our Return Policy.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

11. No Labor or Installation Liability

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
OEM parts may carry a manufacturer warranty where applicable.
We do not provide additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
