OEM Parts Department – Refund & Return Policy

General Policy

We sell new, genuine OEM automotive parts. Due to the vehicle-specific nature of these parts, all returns are subject to verification and approval.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.


Return Eligibility Requirements

• Item must be new, unused, and uninstalled
• Item must be in original manufacturer packaging
• Packaging must be unopened, undamaged, and unaltered
• All labels, barcodes, and seals must be intact
• Item must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been installed, test-fit, or modified are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical components (sensors, modules, ECUs, switches)
• Special-order or custom parts
• Clearance or discontinued items
• Fluids, lubricants, adhesives, sealants
• Opened gaskets, seals, or trim
• Airbags and safety components
• Oversized freight items unless damaged


Vehicle Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correct fitment before ordering.

Confirm VIN, year, make, model, engine, and drivetrain.

Returns due to incorrect fitment or ordering errors are subject to restocking fees.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This applies to ordering errors, incorrect fitment, refused shipments, and unauthorized returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization.

To request a return:

  1. Provide order number
  2. Provide reason for return
  3. Submit photos if requested

Unauthorized returns will be refused.


Shipping & Freight Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Freight returns must be properly packaged and palletized.
Improper packaging voids eligibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of item, packaging, and label.
Late reports may be denied.


Order Cancellations & Fulfilled Orders

Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment.

Once an order has been fulfilled (processed, shipped, or prepared for shipment), it can no longer be canceled. Any request to cancel after fulfillment will be treated as a return and must follow the full return process.

If the order has already shipped or been delivered, the customer must accept delivery and submit a return request. Refused shipments and post-fulfillment cancellations are subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time: 5–10 business days.

Refunds exclude:
• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping costs
• Applicable restocking fees

Orders that have been fulfilled are not eligible for immediate cancellation refunds and must be processed as returns in accordance with this policy.
