Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, OEM Parts Department is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, high shipping volume periods, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:
• Additional fees may apply for rerouting
• Delivery delays may occur

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and details
3. Include photos if applicable

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
