OEM Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold on this website are new, genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) auto parts and may be covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, where applicable.

Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are determined solely by the vehicle manufacturer, not by the seller.

Warranty Coverage

If applicable, the manufacturer’s warranty generally covers:

  • Defects in materials

  • Defects in workmanship

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and only to the part itself.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under any warranty:

  • Labor, installation, removal, or diagnostic costs

  • Towing, rental vehicles, or loss of use

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, modification, or neglect

  • Parts installed on vehicles used for racing or off-road use (unless explicitly allowed)

  • Cosmetic variations or finish differences (especially body panels)

  • Electrical parts once installed

  • Parts installed without proper fitment verification

VIN & Fitment Requirement

Warranty claims require verification that the part was:

  • Correct for the vehicle based on the VIN provided at purchase

  • Properly installed on the intended vehicle

Warranty claims may be denied if:

  • An incorrect VIN was provided

  • No VIN was provided

  • The part was installed on a different vehicle

Installation Requirements

Parts must be:

  • Installed by a qualified professional

  • Installed according to manufacturer specifications

Improper installation voids any applicable warranty.

Electrical Components

Electrical components are final sale once installed.
These items are not eligible for return or warranty once power has been applied.

Engines, Freight & Oversized Items

For engines, body panels, and freight-shipped items:

  • Engines may carry a limited manufacturer warranty if applicable

  • Body panels are warranted against manufacturing defects only

  • Cosmetic finish, primer shade, or minor surface marks are not considered defects

  • Freight items must be inspected upon delivery

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us with your order number

  2. Provide the VIN used at purchase

  3. Provide documentation requested by the manufacturer (photos, invoices, installation proof)

We will assist in submitting the claim to the manufacturer where applicable.

Replacement or Refund

If a manufacturer warranty claim is approved:

  • Replacement or refund is at the manufacturer’s discretion

  • Shipping and labor costs are not reimbursed

No Seller-Provided Warranty

We do not offer any independent or extended warranties.
All warranty coverage is provided by the OEM manufacturer only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part

  • We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages

  • We do not cover labor, downtime, or installation costs

Governing Law

This warranty information is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
