OEM Parts Department
Return Window
OEM Parts Department accepts approved returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

Item must be new, unused, uninstalled

Item must be in original OEM manufacturer packaging

Packaging must be unopened, unaltered, and undamaged
-
All OEM labels, barcodes, and seals must be intact
-
Item must be in resalable condition
-
Proof of purchase is required
-
Return must be authorized in advance
Any item that has been installed, test-fit, modified, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return.
VIN Requirement & Fitment Responsibility
A valid 17-digit VIN is required to verify correct fitment.

Parts are ordered based on the VIN provided
-
Returns will not be accepted for:

Incorrect VIN provided
-
Failure to provide a VIN
-
Parts correct for the VIN but incorrect due to customer error
-
If a customer chooses not to provide a VIN, all sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

Electrical components once installed or powered
-
Special-order or VIN-specific parts
-
Clearance, discontinued, or closeout items
-
Fluids, lubricants, sealants, adhesives
-
Gaskets, seals, or trim once packaging is opened
-
Airbags and safety restraint components
-
Engines, body panels, and freight items (unless damaged in transit)
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee applies to:

Customer ordering errors
-
Incorrect fitment
-
Incorrect VIN
-
Change of mind
-
Refused or undeliverable shipments
-
Returns without original packaging
Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Return Authorization (Required)
All returns must be authorized before shipment.
To request a return:

Contact OEM Parts Department with your order number

Provide the VIN used for the order
-
State the reason for return
-
Provide photos if requested
Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
Shipping & Freight Returns

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
-
Freight charges are non-refundable
-
Freight items must be returned properly packaged and palletized
-
Damage due to improper return packaging voids eligibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify OEM Parts Department within 48 hours of delivery
-
Provide photos of:
-
The item
-
Packaging
-
Shipping label or freight receipt
-
Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
-
Processing time: 5–10 business days
-
Refunds are issued minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping charges
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, orders are treated as returns and subject to this policy.
Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing from OEM Parts Department, you acknowledge that:

OEM parts are VIN-specific

You are responsible for verifying fitment

Returns are limited to 14 days

A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns

Shipping and labor costs are non-refundable
