Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and VIN verification (if required) is completed.

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day

  • Special-order, VIN-specific, freight, engine, or body panel items may require additional processing time


VIN Verification & Order Delays

Certain orders require VIN verification before shipment.

  • Orders may be held or delayed until a valid VIN is provided

  • OEM Parts Department is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect VIN information

Orders placed without a VIN may be canceled or subject to return restrictions.


Shipping Methods

OEM Parts Department ships using national and regional carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS / FedEx / USPS (small parcels)

  • LTL freight carriers (oversized, body panels, engines)

Carrier selection is determined by item size, weight, destination, and manufacturer requirements.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for freight shipments.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Freight pricing includes carrier transport only

  • Accessorial fees (liftgate, residential delivery, limited access) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated


Freight, Body Panels & Engines

Oversized items such as engines, body panels, and freight shipments have additional requirements:

  • Items may ship via palletized LTL freight

  • A valid delivery phone number is required

  • Customer must be available to receive the shipment during the scheduled delivery window

Delivery Inspection Requirement
All freight shipments must be inspected at delivery:

  • Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt

  • Take photos of damage and packaging

  • Report damage to OEM Parts Department within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to inspect or note damage may void damage claims.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

OEM Parts Department is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Re-delivery fees

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments

Additional charges incurred due to address errors or delivery refusal will be the customer’s responsibility.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Refused or undeliverable shipments may result in:

  • Return shipping charges

  • A 20% restocking fee

  • Non-refunded original shipping or freight charges

Freight refusals may incur additional carrier fees.


International Shipping

At this time, OEM Parts Department ships within the United States only, unless otherwise stated.

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

OEM Parts Department is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Acts of God

  • Manufacturer or warehouse delays


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Freight shipments may require carrier contact for delivery scheduling.


Lost or Stolen Packages

OEM Parts Department is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Use secure delivery locations

  • Monitor tracking information closely


Shipping Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order with OEM Parts Department, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Freight shipments require inspection at delivery

  • Delays may occur due to VIN verification or carrier issues

  • Risk of loss transfers upon carrier pickup
